Tech Launcher is a program that utilizes common applets and utilities in Windows 2000 and 98/SE/ME. A lot of these "common" programs are not easily accessible unless you are an advanced user. Others are more common and have just been made easier to locate and run. Some of the DOS box based utilities that would normally require input can be run with one mouse click in Tech Launcher.Tech Launcher Deluxe combines the previous Tech Launchers (TL for Windows 2000 and TL for Windows 9.X) and also features File Transfer, Internet and LAN chat, Ping Utility, Popular program links, CD-ROM control and more. It includes a completely different user interface than the original Tech Launchers and lots of new features. The coding has been optimized for speed and it can be installed on any partition.
