Hot Chime is a small utility that lets you launch your favorite sites and most frequently used programs by your own Т‘Hot WordsТ‘. You can set a HotWord Т‘gТ‘ to launch Google and Т‘xlТ‘ to start MS Excel on your PC. It also lets you easily & instantly lookup words in a dictionary, get Whois info for domains, and search the Google Groups. The default HotKey is - Pause. So if HotChime is running, and you want to access CNN for news, simply press Т‘pauseТ‘, then type: cnn, and press Т‘enterТ‘. Hot Chime is basically for power users who type a lot, quiet fast, and donТ‘t want to move the mouse just to launch a website, software, or folder. Check out some of the cool things you can do with Hot Chime in the Т‘FeaturesТ‘ section on the productТ‘s homepage.
