Fixes: - Bandwidth-limit cir not work. The ingress commit rate cannot work when two or more Unicast traffic with same priority on a congested egress port. - Send two streams (both rate are 1G and carry same priority) to DUT to destination to the same port (link on 1G), they can get the same egress bandwidth. Two or more Unicast traffic with same priority cannot get equal egress bandwidth on a congested port. - DAC Cable is supported (CLI, Web, and MIB).
